About Me

My photo
Charmaine Tanti
When I was young, my heroes were Robin Hood, Joan of Arc, Zorro and Burt Lancaster and Errol Flynn. When I grew up, my heroes were still Robin Hood, Joan of Arc, Zorro and so on, but in the meantime, I had added so many other historical swashbuckling actors to my list! I stumbled on re-enactment quite by chance while doing a stunt course for movies. Since then, I have never looked back. Going back in time is a marvelous sensation and loads of fun. And I also got to finally learn to fight with various types of swords, shoot a longbow, ride horses, learn and teach historical dancing, and experiment with historical recipes. How cool is that?!
